- City of Baton Rouge Recycling Office. Designed and implemented a successful communication campaign to reduce yard waste: Yard Smart Earth Wise.
- Association of Biodiversity Information. Successfully lobbied for an increase in user fee for the La. Department of Wildlife and Fisheries to help fund rare plant and animal habitat protection.
- YouWho Coalition. Worked with this newly formed child advocacy organization to develop strategy, budgets, first year planning and grants to secure initial funding of $160,000. Coaching with President and Chairman of the Board.
- The Trails Conference. Worked with this National organization on Strategy for new Capital Campaign and Annual Planning. Weekly coaching conference calls with Executive Director.
- Capital Area Animal Welfare Society. Assisted the President of the Board during time of transition by reworking bylaws, Board building, Fundraising and Strategic Planning.
- Black Bear Conservation Committee. Executive Coaching with the Executive Director on Planning, Budgeting, and Fundraising Campaign. Budget and staff tripled in 11 months.
